amber glow
Wick
Steady and kind; first to help, last to leave. Round spectacles, a knit cap and scarf, and his little lantern.
When Wick is worn out…
Wick sets his lanterns down one by one, opens his hands, and his glow grows soft and easy.
Wick’s word: Rest. (open hands)
Tonight: Open your hands together and let the day go.
